SavvyToolz is run by a small team and cannot provide individual troubleshooting for your own files or data. We never ask for passwords.
What to include
For a bug, tell us the page link, what you did, what you expected and what happened, plus your browser and device. For a news correction, include the article link and the specific claim. For a wrong time zone or daylight saving result, give the cities and date.

For help with the SavvyToolz Time Zone Converter (Chrome extension), email [email protected] with the subject "Chrome extension" and your Chrome version. If your city list is missing, check that Chrome sync is on for extensions. The extension's privacy details are in the Privacy Policy.
